Paul, we looked at and test drove the Freestyle but just don't care for the SUV look of it. My salesman just called and said he found one,a 500, and is in the process of trying to get the other dealer to do a trade with them to get it. I'll wait and see what happens. Anyone know if Ford is giving rebates on the 06's yet. The 500 doesn't fit into the Family plan for the 06.

Live in a small town -- 2 miles to the downtown. post office. Quite a few other small towns in the area for a lunch cruise. No high mileage driving and
no way getting in Houston or Austin traffic.

The 02 Whisper White (BIRDN) currently has 850 mi. on it (non-gender specific). Never been driven in the rain, let alone snow, sleet, etc. - it doesn't even go out when the bugs are bad. It also has alot of competitition for driving from the 05 Jag S type (JAGWARN), the 04 Chrylser T&C Ltd AWD (WLWVA1), and the currently for sale 01 T&C Ltd AWD. There's a 92 Explorer Sport for winter, and three JD's, a 110 a 216, and a 318 - for on-premises riding (but that's another site - weekendfreedomachines.
