If cell phones, and the like, aren't distractin', then why is it, when we're drivin' in a neighborhood, lookin' for an address, human tendency is to turn down the radio?!
Great point there Jim, it seems there are a more than a few "this will never happen to me" posts. I don't know what goes on in the areas where you people live, but here, when accidents are reported on the radio or on the news, it is always disclosed if the victims were on cell phones or not. Most of the time, they are yapping on the cell. In my opinion, it should not matter weather its business or pleasure, pull over.
