Not putting the hardtop on this winter. No reason.

She'll be in the garage all winter, unless it's a perfect winter day with no salt or snow, so why go through the fuss and bother?

Oddly enough, I was wondering the same thing about your post...

Need to be watching the weather forecast here in NorCal. If the El Nino really comes in, better have the HT on. Right now it is ST for this week.

Monday was the start of 4 November days in the 70's. Top down all week. World Series conclusion be danged. Friday, Saturday and today were still top down but cooool. Heater on with the top down for the first time. Top went on today and I gotta say this is a great looking car with the Hardtop on but not as much fun. (almost as much but not quite).

80 degrees today in Phoenix...top down weather now, at least until Jan (when it's 'cold')

We were pushing 60deg here in SW Minnesota, a little windy, but the top was down yesterday.

Our second rainy day, so we made the switch to the hard top. If the promise from the big El Nino year holds...it will be hard top until about Easter.

I think another choice should be added: Top Down. I get most comments in that mode.

While I like the look of the car with the hardtop on, I rarely put it on, because I want to be able to go top down whenever the opportunity arises - no matter the season.

I've driven in temps below freezing up to 117 degrees and in rain so hard I could barely see the end of the hood - the soft top has never once failed to keep me warm enough, cool enough or completely dry, so I don't really think the hard top is needed for anything other than a different look.

I say top down. In my opinion these Birds are worth more without the hard top as one doesn't have to store it.

Well, that may be true in Wisconsin, but it's not true here in Arizona.

It is amazing how much better the car rides with the top on. Much quieter as well. Winter must be coming to NorCal for sure. Temperature is 40 - 45 degrees. Snowing at Tahoe as well.

We had the soft top up (with the AC on full blast) passing by Needles CA at 75 MPH with the outside temperature at 122 degrees (posted a temperature reading photo on TBN), coming back from Santa Fe NM on the Thunder West by Southwest Thunder Tour. The soft top up helped to keep us cool, even though it felt warm to the touch.
