Which one of these mods you will not recommand?

The purpose of this poll is to know which mod you would NOT like to see install on your original Tbird. You may select more than one choice. The end of the result will be less vote on a topic, more members will accept this mod. You may vote many times if needs be to select differents choices in case of. I do not know if you can select more than one choice at one time. We will see about the end of the result.

Are the members going to be identified that vote on this poll? You need to fix it so they won't be if you want valid results. Your idea is good, and I would love to see the results. I just want to make sure everybody feels free to participate without having to defend their choice/choices.

No, they are not to be identified. Do I make a mistake? If so, How could it be fixed? Just let me know if needs be. This poll should not be to identified the members who are voting.

I am sorry to see this. That will be my first poll to see how the way it is flexible or not. Maybe, the poll should be upgraded to provide more information to the TBN members unless that I made a mistake when this poll was made.

Alain, you needed to check the box to allow more than one answer when you set up this poll.
Polls can only be voted on once per member but you can allow more that one choice per vote.

First of all the Typhoon intake system is for California cars only, so no I would not put it on my non California car. You should change that to just K&N cold air intake. And I agree there are a more then one of those mods listed I would not put on my T-bird

At one point the Typhoon intake system was the only thing available. Many people bought them because it was the only game in town. When the K&N cold air intake 1st came out there was a ton of discussion around it voiding the warrantee. If I remember correctly Ford was fine with the Typhoon intake system

So I picked the one that I hate the most.But I would also like to choose the wire wheels. Because of the way it is worded "I" don't want them on "my" car, but love them on on other cars!
What have I got against them?....look I had them on another car. No matter what the adherents say..they are a )&&&%^& PITA to clean and keep clean. But they sure look Gooooood.....on your car.

Exactly why I wouldn't either, but, like you, I sure think they're pretty on the cars that have them, and I admire the folks who keep them so clean!

When you get into a routine of cleaning them using your favorite wheel cleaner spray with a good wire wheel cleaner brush, followed by the trusty leaf blower to get the wheels super dry, it's not that bad. Regular cleaning/maintenance of the wire wheels does minimize any special "detail" work required.

I'm not a big fan of aftermarket stick-on junk, the worst in my opinion Dash Kits. I think the question should have been, what on the list would you put on your car? My ansewer would be White Walls, I think they really look good on these cars as well with Wire wheels.

The trunk rack is the worst in my book. If the car is your daily driver and at times
you need to carry more than what will fit in your trunk its okay. As soon as your done
get it off the car it does nothing for the car. If you leave it on all the time and someone
tells you it looks great ask them why they don't have one.
As far as wire wheels there not really that bad to keep clean I use the same
procedure as Mark. I take them off in the fall and clean both sides and put on the
standard wheels. Now the Vogue whitewalls they truly are a pain to keep clean wish
I had some sort of steam cleaner for that job. As its been stated the wire wheels and
whitewalls complete the retro look.
