Now, I can check the member list and find out when the last time a person checked in but not how often they check in. Probably not necessary to keep track of that stat. We do get over 200 checking in daily.

Several times in a decade

The top three works for me depending on my mood or how busy I am....usually it's 2-3 times a day, however it can go to once a week if I'm busy or having a bad hair day (depressed/stressed).

Yep, acknowledging the problem is the first step to recovery.

I check in several times a day but do not post nearly as much as I used to do. I do not read every post like I used to either but cherry pick threads that look interesting - like this one, Dot.

Once while eating breakfast, then 2 to 3 times in the evenings after work. There are exceptions when travelling or very busy. Glad to see there is still so much activity.

Sometimes daily at lunch and again after work, sometimes not for days (I logged in the other day and there were over 700 unread posts). Depends on how busy I am (right now pretty swamped at work) I also tend to spend more time if I'm specifically researching something in the past postings, like when I was shopping for my garage door opener or when my console cover broke off.
