Prayers for Rosetta (Ms2K2BIRD)

Last Wednesday Rosetta slipped and fell on the ceramic tile in the foyer of our home. We went to the ER, where the xrays indicated she had broken the right patella (kneecap) into at least two pieces. Needless to say it was and still is very painful.

Today we visited the orthopedic surgeon and he confimed what we pretty much already knew - she needs surgery to put it back together again. He did not
want to wait any longer, and neither did we, so he scheduled surgery for tomorrow afternoon.

If you are so inclined please pray for the surgeon to use his best skills and pray for Rosetta to have a full and as easy a recovery as possible. After being around here for almost 20 years, we know our TBN family always comes through for our members with prayer and concern.

I will update you as her recovery progresses.

Sorry to hear this! Prayers sent to guide the medical staff, and for a full recovery. You will be a good caregiver for Rosetta! I can relate...Judy is having full knee replacement surgery on her right knee next Tuesday. She and Rosetta can compare scars in May.
