    RIP Glenn Frey

    Eagles founding member Glenn Frey passed away today from a combination of complications from rheumatoid arthritis, acute ulcerative colitis, and pneumonia.

      Absolutely great music.

      The Eagles had refused to be honored in an awards show (Kennedy Centers Awards) a few weeks ago because he was unable to attend. They elected to wait until he was feeling better.

                    IMO, still one of the best groups of all time. Have stood on this corner in Winslow many times and heard their music in my head...

                        A few months ago, I watched the DVD "History of The Eagles".

                        Well worth the time.
