Come on, I thought for certain there would be some interest in the Green Bay team.
Can't believe there is only interest in the Colts & the Patriots. BUT
there isn't anyone posting about that either, what happen after Dallas & Denver removed themselves from the play offs there isn't chatter?
Mike gotta cheer on GreenBay. Son-in-law graduated from law school in Madison and was a good sport when OSU beat Wisconsin in Big 10 championship. This is a young man who paid a ridiculous amount for a share of stock in the Packers which has no dividends or voting rights but looks great framed on his office wall. He put my grandson's name on the season ticket waiting list the day of his birth and hopes for a miracle that he can get them by the time he is 30.
Sorta owe him some support on this one. How 'bout we go double or nothing on the drink I owe ya in the Dakota badlands?
Go cheeseheads.

I'm a die hard Bears fan since I live in the Chicago land area and worked a lot in Chicago, but my home is in Indiana. So I'll take our neighbors to the North and of course, the Colts.
I'm with Leroy on this one. Born in Indiana, I'm definitely rooting for the Colts. And since I split the year living in LaPorte Indiana and Chicago for the school year, I too was a Bears fan. Had relatives in West Allis, so I'm rooting for Green Bay also.
I favor the underdogs in general. Should be a couple of good games.
I believe that Green Bay has a definite Quarterback advantage, but Seattle has a coaching advantage. And I KNOW that Seattle has a huge home-field advantage. I'm pulling for the Packers, but mostly just hoping for a good game well played by both teams (I'm glad that the more thuggish teams have already been eliminated).

I've got a house full of cheeseheads with depression setting in. GB quit the game with less than 4 minutes to play. Kinda reminiscent of the Bison/Ill.St. game...a nail biter..
Sad ending for the Packers today. They had no business losing that game, but Seattle kept on playing and stole it from them. Now that the other team has been determined, I think this will be the first Super Bowl for as long as I can remember that I will skip. Judy and I are figuring out something else to do that day. We really don't care for either team. We will tape the game and watch the commercials though!
