  • Inside and outside lighting...

A few questions: I bought my 2003 at 120-K and I'm seeing some bulbs not working. I want to make sure that what I'm looking at are actually lights and not reflectors:

All four corners of the car on the sides of bumpers: Lights or reflectors ?

Red lens on each door: Lights or reflectors ?

What controls those under-dashboard floor lights ? It seems I had them on while driving at some point, now I don't. The driver side bulb is bad, passenger still lights but goes off.

Where is the dome light located ? (just kidding).

    Thanks all !!

All four corner exterior color lens are both reflectors & lamps.

The red reflectors in the inside door panels are just that reflectors, although I believe some have made a kit to replace these with a lamp.

Interior lamps I'm not certain of, but pretty sure your owner manual has this info. No owner's manual, I'm sorry to hear that but certain someone here will be able to jump in and answer.

      .
I know Tom Banar (Banar) installed lights in the door and I'm sure he'd be glad to help. He sails the Great Lakes as second in command of a huge freighter so his wi-fi is not always available.

Sounds like you'll need to replace bulbs for under dash floor lights. Can easily be done as can see them if you can look under dash (close to bottom edge of dash). They shouldn't come on while driving (unless you turn them on). Usually come on when doors are opened.
