REPLACEMENT PARTS "OBSOLETE"

My DSB had a lighting strike wipe out a number of modules including the PCM, FEM, Instrument Cluster Mod, Anti-theft Mod, radio, and a few other miner mods.
My Ford/Lincoln dealer had every module rebuilt to factory specks, the car is completely repaired and runs like new.

I did not do the multiple posts. Something with the latest MS update I suspect.

For decided to supply FEM Lighting Modules again. Just found out. They have both versions of the 2002 module available.

Maybe they decided to fix a pile of the $50 cores or make a run of new improved modules. Or their website is screwed up again..

If so how did you order it, on a parts web site or from a Ford dealership parts counter?
How much do they cost?

It says "It may take 15 days for parts to be available".
They also say see dealer for parts availability.
Website is not helpful at times.

I know that this sounds good but I am very suspicious of Ford. They often mislead saying that a part is on backorder. Retro parts are most likely their lowest priority. It seems good but I doubt that anyone will ever see one.

Seems like we have some members who are very happy using the list we compiled on acceptable re-manufacturers.
