ABS & Traction dash alert lights

While cruising top down in the T-Birb yesterday afternoon on a beautiful Sunday, I had a first time event for me. The two dash alert icons, ABS and Traction, both came on simultaneously for about five minutes and then went back off. The car never missed or anything. I drove about another hour, stopping several times, with no issues or a reoccurrence of the lights. Anyone else ever have this happen to them? Any suggestions if I should be concerned or take any action? I don't like "ghost" lights!

It has been a common problem for 15AGAIN for years. After the lights come on, the next time I stop, I shut off the engine and restart, normally the lights go out and stay out.
Only one time they stayed on, had to replace right front senor.

Same thing I had. It was the left front wheel sensor.

Thanks! I will plan to replace all four sensors next time I rotate tires and check the brake pad wear. Probably the original sensors, so changing all will not be such a waste.

Also check fluid level in master cylinder. My abs lite in my truck came on and rear chamber in cylinder was low. No leak found believed to be evaporation over time from heat or leak to small to see.. Filled a year ago and still ok. YEA,,, i DIDN'T BELIEVE IT EITHER.
