We drove to Blue Springs State Park to see over 200 manatees in the clear river there and put over 100 miles on Black Beauty. But guess what..no bugs! It is easy to keep a car clean down here in central Florida, and we have a large garage. Today I took her to Village Ford for an oil change and met a man that worked at the Wixom plant. He said that Ford made up cars for a failed order to Japan. The steering was on the other side. He thought the cars were scrapped...??

The cars were Thunderbirds.(so Harry ?) May and September are Minnesota months with lots of bugs. Weather here is at 47F too cold! (I'll still go do my swim workout in 83F outdoor pool) Still beats -23F back in MinnesotaLast edited by BLACK BEAUTY; Dec 30, 2017, 06:22 AM.

Greg. about the only thing different in Fl. today is no snow. A Northern relative visiting here 30 years ago told me He was as cold here as he had ever been am a blustery 40 degree day like we are having today. I'd almost rather put up with lovebugs.
