Saw our third bird in the Hudson Florida area. Yesterday an 02 or 03 Red heading south on SR 589 toll towards Tampa.

Somewhat strange to me as all three had the hardtops on!

It's winter here in Florida and it's probably cold for the native Floridians. For you and I it's like summer most of the time!

We saw a red one last week, with the hardtop on, in SW Tampa area on Friday (3/23)...very near the Tampa Auto Museum just west of the airport.

In Oakville today around the corner from the Ford plant. A red Bird passed me going north on Ninth Line. By the time I realized it, it had disappeared from site. Who ever was driving had it in rocket mode!

Heading north at 1:30 PM caught up with 2002 Inspiration Yellow in Old Town, Florida. Waved, but windows dark tinted and could not see occupants. Oddly the FL vanity plate was "TRLY RED". Followed the IY to Cross City where we turned off to go home.

This, yesterday, at Grimey's/The Basement/WXNA in Nashville, TN. The red one's mine.

I pulled into the lot and was so excited to see this pretty 50th Anniversary Bird.

On our way home from Richmond Va, we saw an EB, top down, headed south on I-77, just south of Mineral Wells WVA. I waved, but do not even know if the driver saw us. ONLY Thunderbird of ANY vintage that we saw on our 900 mi round trip. Did drive home from White Sulpher Springs in West Va with the top down all the way to Zanesville.

IMG_1449.JPGI saw this one in Sault Ste. Marie Michigan this morning. I've never seen a spoiler like this. I am curious if the spoiler would change the air flow when the top is down and prevent wind from coming back into the cabin area.
