sounds like the 02 boot cover, my favorite in looks but.... draw back is that it's cumbersome to store in trunk as it's rather stiff and only semi folds once.

Today I spotted two Red Retros, one in Fargo,ND on Interstate 94 and the other in Detroit Lakes, MN on Hwy 10.
Both had there hard top on.

Just took a 5600 mile trip from Milwaukee to Washington and Oregon on US 2 and back on 2 lane highways and on the whole trip I saw (1) retro bird.

Sunday afternoon I met a long time friend at the VFW Mesquite, TX. For the second time there was a Black '02 parked out front. Introduced myself tothe proud new owner (2 mo). Told him I'd like to talk with him further about a great website. He went back to his game, & left shortly thereafter. I'll have a future opportunity ...I know where, & when, to find him.

Spotted on the main road through Gatlinburg, TN near the Aquarium around 5:00 this afternoon a nice shiny Red Retro Tunderbird with the hardtop on.

I noticed a 2002 white with black hardtop at a local used car lot. It was gone (sold already) when I had a chance to go look closely at it.
I didn't ask for details.
