  • Looking for Retro Emblem graphic for Car Radio Screen.

First off, Wishing all a Happy and Joyous Easter. I just had a modern radio installed and they could not find the right Thunderbird emblem on the net so they installed the one from the 55-7. on the screen. It's nice , but it bugs me (opening for Rusty here) every time I see it. So if anybody out there knows the source so I can download the right one to the radio. Please post. Thanks in advance

How does one go about taking the shown graphics & down loading either one into the new audio system?

Right click on the image and then save to your computer. From there, all head units are different. Check your owners manual - some let you import an image from a USB/Flash drive, some don't.

You're welcome. If it wasn't easy, I'd probably mess it up.

Thanks! I feel that the last generation Ranger carries on the spirit of Ford light duty trucks. The perfect size truck for the every man. Sadly, the the gear and lightning bolt will not be appropriate for the new "Ranger".

I got these wings from someone here years ago.... don't know about the quality after it is sized to suit. Seems this is more avatar size.

Thanks Harry That's as close to what I want, but know it would look grainy in the radio display

Someone, (was it DavidA?) had that Thunderbird wing about 4 or 5 inches wide, as a decal. All you would need to do is scan it into a graphic. Anyone have one?

Why don't you take a picture of your trunk or hood Thunderbird emblem and try installing that? Should work, if image is what you like.
