I'm going to go against the grain here.

I looked at the one from Thunderbird Concepts (the Plexiglass thing) back when and thought it looked kinda hokie. After some searching I found this one and figured I'd give it a try. (Made in Canada Eh! After using it for a couple years, I think it's great. It stays on whether the soft top or hard top are on. It cuts the wind down your neck, which is important for some of us old dudes......
    different strokes I say.

Lynne, since prices aren't likely to go up on the deflectors in the next two months you might want to wait until you get the car and see how bad the wind bothers you. Besides won't you have to get pretty far from the Chicago area before you can go fast enough to create a backdraft?

          Are you insinuating?

The Love the Drive that I have comes with a 60 day return if you don't like it.

Well there you go, Lynne wont even have possession of her Thunderbird until the return privilege has expired.

"Love the Drive" wind screen helps when you have hearing aids. Less wind noise.

I agree with Dennis and Roger. Have LOVE THE DRIVE and it performs well.

Wind noise is a problem for me in any car with the windows down...thanks for your input. I was looking at that model and one similar to it. Again thanks to all who responded.
BTW... traffic on the expressways is ridiculous but I was thinking ahead about the drive to get the hardtop.

Very Cute,,, And I suppose on the backside of the baseball cap there is a giant bulls-eye so that all the Trump haters can take aim at the back of my head as I cruise on by in my bird top down. Oh wait...they don't have guns... I forgot!!!

I think I figured it out! if you don't have much hair(or none at all)then the windbreak is not significant enough to care about, If you do have hair I'm guessing it would be helpful in keeping it from slapping you in the face.
I am lucky enough to still have hair and will most likely get a LOVE THE DRIVE version
                      figured I needed something here

Speaking of screens, don’t forget to use your sunscreen. As a melanoma survivor myself I can honestly say that you would really rather just skip it.

Amen, melanoma is nothing you ever want to go through or watch someone else go through. Use sunscreen and remember to reapply often.

Agreed. Glad you are a survivor...

It's not a felony here, however, you do have to go to traffic school for six weeks if stopped.
