  • PUTTING A WRAP ON MY TOP

I have a 2003 MSG and am thinking of changing the top to a different color. I'm thinking instead of paint i would have it wrapped. Has anyone ever had this done? Also i would like your thoughts on what color to go with. Thanks, Mel

Mel, think Ford put both black and MSG tops on a MSG body!

Do believe we've had members who did their entire bodies is a wrap and it turned out well.

Last month's TOTM picture of Richard and Gordon's showed their black with a (I think ) a '05 MSB that I'm sure no one would have ever thought to do and it was stunning . Sky's the limit.

Wraps using 3M 1080 vinyl and knifeless tape for cutting is easy. Lots of youtube videos for instruction. Dangerous Daughter v2.0 and I recently put stripes on my car. Nothing to it.
We're lighter. We're faster. If that don't work, we're nastier.
      We're gonna make history.

That is a pretty combination. I always thought a MSG with a Satin Silver HT would be striking.

I had several tops covered in vinyl. They looked great. Here's one of them.

Another of DavidA's great-looking vinyl-covered tops in contrasting color:
