This Bob Evans.....is it something like a Dennys or Perkins restaurant? I've never heard of this chain.

Greg believe (may be way off) it was originated in Ohio. Ads used to say "Bob Evans Down on the Farm". Originally breakfast but now all meals all day long. Stressed pork/bacon/sausage. good family restaurant. Good meals, decent prices. Similar to a Cracker Barrel.

              Bob Evans
Restaurants got its start when our founder,
              Bob Evans
, began making sausage on his southeastern Ohio farm to serve at a 12-stool diner he owned in nearby Gallipolis in 1948. ... Today the restaurant, which carries the “
              Bob Evans
” name, can seat 134 guests.

The Bob Evans chain has over 600 locations in 24 states, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic, Midwestern, and upper Southern states. All locations are corporately owned, not franchised.
