Read my post #14. TBN software refuses to recognize the PDF's, and unlike the previous version, there is no way to edit them and replace them.

THE PDF"s CANNOT BE READ. Until this is remedied, there is nothing to be done, other than to change them to JPG's,

Here are some pictures of my removal, and reassembly of the steering column. The only somewhat
difficult part was disassembly of the actual steering column to get to the sensor.

Sorry, Edward, it looks like you're having the same trouble I had, with images not able to be opened.

It is on page 156 of my owners manual, described as "tilt/tele motors". When you stick your head down in the area you will see an oval plastic cover on the right panel, up high. Remove it and there is another "snap in" Black cover with the location the fuses on a black sticker. I don't see any description sticker anywhere down there which describes what fuse controls what circuit. That information I located in the owners manual. Again, this doesn't "fix" anything, but it does eliminate the the uncertainty of where the wheel will go.

                          Hope this helps you.

                          Ken,
I got the small passenger side kick panel fuse trim cover off but don't have the strength to pull the plastic fuse cover off. There is a slot for a maybe screwdriver on the top of the fuse cover.
Would that work by using a flat blade screwdriver and pushing down?

How do you pop the fuse panel cover off. Use a screwdriver. Mine is glued on it seems.

Had my son take off the plastic clamshell that covered the fuses. You need to get behind the tab with one finger and pull.
I could not find room to try that.

                                All is ok.

I will let you know how taking out fuse 19 works for me. I always had to have the wheel all the way out and up in order to exit and enter.
Stupid programming always wanted the wheel all the way in and down.

Proof again, the Tbird was designed for NY fashion show runway model,
