Re: Daily Driver or Klassic Keeper

Our Bird is mostly a daily driver in that it is driven as needed/wanted. I guess that was quite a lot since the '02 we traded in after only two years had 30,000 miles on it.

Sue drives it to work occasionally but I guess it would be classified mostly as a recreational vehicle. When I have a lot of driving I like to take the Bird; it seems to make the trip shorter!

Rain, sleet, snow, or hell come high water, it's on the road every day. It's a car and meant to be driven.

Don't agree with this at all.
            Have 99 Jaguar XK8 with 10,000 miles
and 1995 Lexus SC300 with 20,000 miles. Both cars are almost like new. Needless to say many of my friends always ask for "first choice" when I go to get rid of my autos including the company cars that have been assigned to me I guess it's because I grew up with very little that I take very good care of everything. Never abused any vehicle, but that does not mean I don't drive them aggressively at times.

John - all our assets will be left to various charities. They ought to be happy not to receive abused property.

John, you need a grammar lesson. It should NOT be "your so right". Correct is "You're so right".

Oh thank you so very much! I will correct it immediately.

But I guess I should change that to:

"THE ONE WHO DIES WITH THE MOST BROKEN TOYS WINS"

John, you don't need to change anything about your signoff. I just love it when someone places a saying like that because it shows me what they really are like.

                          As Popeye once said

                          "I yam what I yam"

                          And proud of it!

Feel free to correct that grammar!
