Driver window won’t go down or up. Switch not working. Headlights won’t go on. Could it be the battery. Checked the fuses, they are okay.

Yes everything else is working except interior lights. Could it be the body control module.

My first guess would be a module. Don’t know which controls your functions.

How old is your battery. Even if the battery isn't dead, I've seen these cars due some funky electrical things when the battery starts getting old and weak. If you have an older battery, it might be worth changing as a starting point. Either that or take it to the dealer and let them run a diagnostic test.

I had to replace the Motorcraft battery with less than 2 1/2 years on it after the dealer said it was fine and it fixed my issue.

Both the drivers window and the dash lights are on the FEM (Front electronics module)

If the interior lights, the footwell & lights up at the windshield header do not come on when you open the driver's door BUT DO when you open the passenger door than your problem is in the driver's door switch or its actuator.

Also if the window drop & interior lights operate correctly with the passenger door I certain the car's battery is fine.

Just got the fem back and fixed all issues. Don’t mess with any dealer. Send the fem to Midwesttekmart at 734-228-8679. He will fix it within a week or so.
