    Yes, H, you're correct - it didn't have the badge in 2006. I didn't add the "retro" V8 badge until about 2008.

Well now I don't feel so bad about not having the V8 badge on my O2.
I no longer need to entertain the thought of getting one put on.
Maybe Ford decided the V8 might make it look like a gas-guzler in 2005.

My humble apology to all 2003 owners, I have only washed and polished a 2004 and a 2005 and that is my lame excuse.

Well, just came back from AZ DMV...her new AZ plates are on, the AZ title is safely tucked away in our safe, and her AZ registration is in the glove compartment. Her new spare tire should arrive tomorrow. The electric hoist should be here on Thursday, so after I get it installed in the garage ceiling I'll finally be able to take off the hardtop. The Ford Premium ESP contract and program information arrived in today's mail, so it's safely tucked away in her file folder - she's "safe" for 5 years/48K miles.

When the spending calms down on the necessary stuff and I get to begin the "fun" stuff, I'll install emblems on this IG like I did on the one now owned by Dave (tbear):

Jim, If you want help getting your hardtop off b4 the work of installing your electric lift, let me know. The weather should be getting warmer next week.

Thank you, Roger, for the very generous offer!
It's raining here tomorrow and Friday, so I'll use the time to install the hoist and then lift off the top. I'll need to wash her after that. I've had her now a little over 5 weeks and have really been itching to take off the hardtop. Next Wednesday it's supposed to get up to 70, so perfect top-down weather is coming (finally).

Here's another "Low Mileage" beauty coming up in Phoenix in March. Still with the OEM plastic coverings and tags. Nice...
On the downside, there's no mention of the hardtop but it may have it.

Another with a few more miles and fewer dollars.

Yeah, I tracked several here in Phoenix over the years. I really had my heart set on an IG, so I just had to play the waiting game for the right car at the right price. Cal (EllisonCal) actually found the one I purchased and put me on to it (it wasn't on any website other than the dealer's).

So happy to hear! An IG with partial interior sounds like a great find and with such low miles!! Enjoy and keep the pictures coming when you can

Hope you find a good home for your lift! Sounds like a bargain (lady on the next block inherited a 2005 red from her father - he bought it used and owned it for 5 years, never knowing there was a convertible top under the hardtop - neither did she until I told her).
