I have to remember to always ask my passenger if I should lower the ragtop before pressing the eject button.

If you are ejecting them, why would you care? Sorry pal, but you gotta go.

Well, yeah, but why tear a hole through the top just to eject an unwanted passenger? Maybe modify the top with a portion that has a flap for easy ejection? What happens if you have a change of heart of don't eject them, are they then dejected? What happens if they live through the ejection, crawl back and are ejected again; are they rejected?

                Dude... That's deep ponderation.

Mujiir : Taco dog has my kids rolling on the floor . That's 6 kids going nuts over the dog...the expression of that pooch is priceless!!X 6!!!

Back on topic...I agree, why waste a good convertible top? Less than desirable guests I keep in the trunk...easier to pop the trunk and eject from there.

merlot 04 : Sounds like a new project for BacktotheFuture Pete! He has some serious skills with vehicle interiors and modifications. Who knows, he might even be able to design/create a supplemental type of rag top with built in flap / ejector seat combo .

11TH GEN : Sounds like a new marketing "tool"... Design the product; swap out the J for an R and then include a bottle of Denzel Washington's performance enhancer. Just might sell off the shelves.

                          Precautionary Statement:
Please keep in mind, I am being playful here! Seriously... I am not trying to make light of any health issues .
