Help! Instrument panel lights out on my 2002 TBird... and I am in France

I could use some advice... with the tach and speedo lights out it is tough driving at night. Would appreciate any suggestions on getting this fixed or doing it myself. Thanks.

You will see that the lighting module FEM might b the cause. Read info and it will tell you if it is FEM or something else. I tried to cut and paste but could not get the text.
