This may tell you if you have a speaker problem or a setting problem.

    One more interesting setting. To set the volume change as speed increases, press the volume button for 5 seconds and you will see a numeric value 1 thru 7. Set it like you want it.
    Now I never knew that! And it works...poor sound quality though

      Yep. I forgot to mention I have an after market Kenwood Stereo. I must admit , but don't tell anyone. I accidentally pressed something and shut them off.
