Welcome Mark. I also am a Ford alumnus retiring several years ago after 36 years. Working in MP&L, I had many opportunities to visit our assembly plants including Wixom. Wixom has (had) quite a storied past as it produced Lincoln’s, Continentals, Thunderbirds and final assembly of the 05/06 Ford GT. About 4 million sq feet as I recall. Enjoy your new Tbird! I’ve had a lot of “cool” cars over the years but very few received the looks and thumbs up that my 02 Tbird does.Regards,
