Greg, as a Real Estate Broker, I always say selling it (getting it under contract) is easier than closing it. Good luck my friend as you should be sitting down to the closing table right now!

Best of luck concluding the transaction. Such things are stressful enough without complications. We moved from NW Washington State to NE Texas. I wish you safe journeys, and soft landings.

Well it's done and we're in Kenosha, WI (close to Chicago) at Jane's sisters home. We crossed the Mississippi three times getting here. Glad it is over and a new chapter begins. 42 years on Big Cormorant Lake was long enough.

Thanks ALL! We'll be in The Villages this weekend. I'm hoping to sell my 7 spokes to the new owner of Baby Blue who lives less than a mile from us. Next spring we go to the TBN event in Sarasota....moving on..

Hey Greg. When is the TBN Sarasota event next year?

Making an edit here. I found it. April 2020 in Sarasota.

We know you made it to Florida, but did BlackBeauty?

Black Beauty did arrive a week late and was in a cube truck driven by non English speaking 'Dim'. Jane thinks we're due a refund but we'll see if a good feedback is important or not. Our Mid Florida Thunderbird Group is looking into a scenic boat ride in Mt. Dora.....fun..fun..now we're off to meet with the Minnesota Village Club for the big game....going to be 90 again..

The Villages were mentioned on the morning news up this way. They even interviewed some guy. Apparently they have no worries about the current health concerns that seem to dominate the news these days.
