    Haven't seen any in over 50 years but like said by others silver paint It looks good if where you can't see it.

      Maby this is something? People wrap the hole care so it should work to just wrap the scoop
      (maby hard to wrap inside the scoop)

        Fredrik, when we were talking about the chrome hood scoop, one other member and I tried the product you posted. I laid nicely on the top of the scoop but neither of us could get the curved portion to work.

              Fredrik, still have the scoop and the silver . Do have a heat gun. Sounds like a good winter project.
