Personally I don't agree with everything he says although I understand very well what he is saying. Also, for me, nothing quite like walking around a Caffeine & Octane on a Sunday morning a really great cruise night in the Summer.

Seems like an egotistical know-it-all to me....

And I don't think his approach will "save the hobby" either.....cars just don't have the same overarching aspect in our lives anymore and less and less as each day passes...

Bingo! This guy wonders why people walk away from his perfect self? Maybe he should try to curtail his conceited egotistical all knowing attitude. He comes off very poorly. As we say around here, “If bull$hit was concrete, he’d be the Pennsylvania Turnpike.” Have some respect for others. You may know something but not everything.

I agree with you Frank, he is on the edge of the millennial age group. If you don't think like they do and agree with what they do or share their opinions then you are pretty much an outcast. That's what I meant in post #2. I will be 74 this month and no longer feel the need or responsibility to improve upon the world. I have gone through my stations in life and the future now belongs to them and their way of thinking. For whatever time I have left here trying to educate young people is not on the list.

I could only watch half of it. I'm only 58 :). He makes some points but I can't stand his attitude. If you do look at car shows they're mostly aging white men in the 70's and 80's. Very few younger ones. There was a local car museum about 35 years ago but it was a "rich guys" collection also. I found out recently he tried to manipulate politics during the Vietnam war in the community.

Wow......what a cocky SOB! Think he forgot his AD/HD MEDICINE!! Have you even seen anybody move around so much? I couldn’t even watch it to the end. But I guess he really is telling us to drive our beautiful Thunderbirds and enjoy them. Doesn’t make sense to just park them in the garage and MAYBE take to a car show now and then. Ours is now a daily driver and love driving it around. Not many seem to look at it or comment, aside from cars shows, but am proud to drive it.
