In preparation for the winter I Installed a battery disconnect switch today. I will have to reset the windows every so often; better than having to deal with a dead battery when I want to go for a drive.

Today we drove to Bedford - NY, about an hour north, to participate in Bring A Trailer alumni event (I got my bird from BAT). Many examples of the so called rare vehicles were present amongst hundreds of participants but, save for a Countach and an Auto Union 1000-SP (last I had seen an Auto Union in person was some 50 years ago), there was only one T-Bird; of any model year !Comment

Today we made a 360 mile round trip to Noble, Oklahoma for a lunch with our Sooner Thunderbird Club. Enjoyed most of the trip except when we got caught up in traffic from "fans" bailing out of the OU game early.
