  • Hard Top dimensions?

Anyone have the Hard top dimensions handy? Going with a local owner to pick up a top. I've been surprised before and want to make sure it fits into his vehicle.

He is getting other Bird stuff. C'mon Bob, finish your coffee, you have a tape measure somewhere!!!!!! Hanging from the ceiling should be a easy measurement.

You know that I don't drink coffee, Bill! Having a Baja Blast Mountain Dew with my ham sammich.

Roughly measured, (there was a Bird in the way!) I get about 60" long, 68" wide and 20" high. I would want a bit of cushion added to these numbers to be safe.

            Roughly:

            width - about 66 inches
            length - about 62 inches
            height - about 14 inches

Made the measurements of the car not the top itself.

Bill, I added a couple of inches on the height for the latch pins.

A hacksaw should easily solve that problem.

Golly Gene, If he wants a sunroof, he can just drop the soft top and leave the hard top at home!!

Well, I did see someone install a sunroof/moonroof in a hardtop.
