  • Air Conditioner quit cooling

Took to shop yesterday and found that the A/C Compressor had failed. Nineteen years old and 22,400 miles. Car at Ford Country and will replace A/C Compressor and Accumulator today.

I remember when Bill Green's A/C compressor died in Wisconsin on "Wisconsin Thunder". It took a while to get it replaced but I bet it had well over 100,000 miles on it! Time kills these parts just as fast as high mileage, maybe faster in some cases.

Where did you get this done. I need the same thing and I’m by the villages.

Paid more than I should have, but confident with the work dealer Ford Country does.
