had the bird in the garage for the past two weeks due to bad weather / hurricane threat. Took it out for a drive yesterday and the ABS and Trac caution lights came back on. They have a history on coming on intermittently over the past two years. I usually ignore them and they clear after the car is restarted. Not this time, they seem to be staying on this time. I have ordered a new speed sensor probe. Hope that corrects the problem and it is not a electronic module issue. I hate being "parts changer" but giving it a try this time.

Did you scan for codes? I had the same symptoms and got a C1145 code - right front wheel sensor. Replacing it fixed the problem.Comment

I do not have a code scanner, but that is the sensor I have on order. I decided to replace the sensor based on previous postings like yours. Thanks for the reply.Comment
