My 2002 doesn't have them but think I would do is see if there is a fuse for that feature - in the owner's manual.Last edited by Frank Dreano; Sep 23, 2020, 06:58 AM.

There are a couple of fuses in the circuity. And the driver's side is separate circuit from pass side.
check fuses for driver's side Battery junction box fuse #F11 15amp for pass side it is fuse #F10 15 amp
check fuses in fuse junction at pass side foot well; fuse #16 5amp
If these fuses are good then you need to determine if both seats not working or which one is not heating. And is the problem in the seat cushion or the seat back. WHY?
If it is only one of these components then it is that component. If it is both the cushion & the seat back then you have lost the heated seat module for the seat that isn't heating.
You could just have a plug/jack connector which are under the seat with some corrosion and that often is cleared up by merely unpluging & cleaning the plug/jack. Make certain you do not unplug the airbag connector.Mike
