If it's the covers, then the courses of action are to replace the headlight unit, or polish and clean the front. If it's the light output, then either a new brighter conventional bulb, or you can try an LED bulb. I hope the below helps, use the search function to find much more. Two years ago I upgraded my headlights with the Sylvania 9007 Silver star Ultra bulbs costing $44.00/pair at the recommendation of several other TBN members. At the time I also used a Megrior's headlight lens cleaner kit costing $25.00 all purchased at local AutoZone. Made a huge difference in light output and brightness, especially for night driving. Still happy with the results, especially for the costs involved.
