  • Finally, a decent review of a 2020

Here's a review done in September 2020. This guy usually does new cars so this one is relatively unusual.
Unbelivable TBN trips including ALL of the lower 48 States plus 9 Canadian Provinces, 8 European Countries, 3 Caribbean Countries, Countless National Parks and have attended well over 100 TBN Events since 2001 and counting. Best of all ... fabulous friends.

Yes it was a fair review. But this guy seems like he could not let go of the fact that this car was a 2002 with 89,000 miles. So yeah the dash & steering wheel reflect the 2002 year not 2020 design. I myself do not see where that was worth a ding. He dinged the door pockets because of their size, but what the heck this car is a cruiser not a family van used to haul kids to ball games. Then he dinged the hood scoop because it is a closed non functional scoop instead of a forced air induction system. And he dings the door sill for not having more chrome.

But if that is all he could find I guess as a very pleased owner of my T-Bird I'll say it was a fair review.

Say what you want, but I had my car in downtown Princeton today on an errand. Princeton sees a lot of really high end cars. People were turning heads and pointing up and down Nassau Street. When I parked, a man came out of a restaurant and asked if he could take a photo along with wanting to know about the car.

Good review but I have to disagree with a lot of it. The T-Bird was never meant to be a sports car, and many other things he mentioned,

Just watched it. Thought he did a good job on it. His dings were on very small items other than he didn't like how it felt on curves. Don't know why he kept harping on the hood scoop? Even the 55-57s scoops were "non-functional" as they were never hooked up to anything. In fact, they came with a block off plate for some reason (never fully understood it's use). Air flow in the engine compartment was thru the grill and under the car.

The opening was right in front and on top of the air cleaner so I am sure it was a source of intake air. The blocker you mentioned had instructions to install during cold weather. I am not sure what Ford was thinking there.
