My 75 came pimped out from the factory. The Orange shag carpets do the trick.

For the new folks and a reminder to the rest. It's the Skipper himself.

My mother had a 1960 Lark 2 door hardtop. I helped her order the car and it came with an R1 Avanti engine with automatic. After I welded the spider gears to make it a posi-traction my mom quit driving the car. I then painted the car Mustang orange and had the trunk custom painted as the 'Flinstone Flyer' and she turned in the low 14's....

Greg Greg Greg....I thought you told me I was being ignored by you for the past year when you wrote the above and I questioned you about it.

            1.You were what, 13 in 59/60?
2.The R1 option was not available in a Lark until 1963
3.I told you I use to hang out with Dave Koffel when we would cross paths at different dragstrips in the 60's. He was driving the Orange Flintstone Flyer before he switched over to an AWB 65 Plymouth. I toured a few years, off and on in the mid 60's, with my cousins 'The McKesson Bros. '

Anyway, glad you are not ignoring me any more.

We in Fla. hope all the 900 + people moving to Fla. a day choose the Villages. (-; It's always good to keep a herd together

Ron The Villages is the fastest growing city in the country. A lot of newcomers from Miami and California. Tuesday I'm going to the Mecum auction with buddy Ralph who owns a nice '56 Bird. We'll be driving there in his Jaguar...Today we'll take Black Beauty over to Mt. Dora ....a beautiful historic small town...fun it The Villages!
