I noticed an email regarding this in my spam folder too. Looks like member private information was compromised if they have my email address.

I received the following email this morning. I am assuming it is part of the hack.

I found the same email in my junk folder a few days ago.. Noticed the same trash is still in the Store, Donations and Help sections.. I think whoever Spence is dealing with needs to get with the program and get rid of this crap..

If you receive an email like was mentioned above delete it or block it do not open it. Yes the hacker got some email addresses of our members. Nothing I can do about this now, just delete it or block future emails like this in the future. I have done this with my email provider and the number of them has dropped off a lot in the past few days.

Going by the information I received from out server provider someone hacked into the Admin. section to get this information, how I have no idea. I have change my password as Admin. so that should keep them out of that section of the site. Now all that is needed is to clean up what they have posted.

Over on the Super Coupe site (SCCoA) someone got the same email the other day. I told him about what was going on here and asked him if he was a member and he said he has never been on this site.

I found the same email in my phone's junk folder but not the home PC.

The hacker must like Thunderbird websites!

What is wrong with the folks who set up this site. I just had to re sign in because I got a new computer and the hack is on the opening page of the site. Why doesn't the site have protection from whomever TBN is paying for the Web site. Makes no sense that this is still going on. I know that we are not accepting new members and hoped that was a temporary thing, but if the site is closed and on the opening page it asks for money one might assume the life expediency of the site is heading down a dead end. I sure do enjoy the site, but is doom on the near horizon??
