John, I have a good ' used ' trunk seal if needed . May also have the two deck open lift cylinders and brackets .

Gene is correct, I have multiples of everything you need. If that's Teal/Thunderbird Blue I even have a Teal rear bumper that I think is in decent shape, here is a video:
