Is there an additional manual adjustment to the position of the mirror glass on the power mechanism?

I like to adjust both side mirrors outward so they will pick up a passing car in the blind spots on either side before it fully leaves the rear view mirror. A passing car then travels through the blind spot and is visible to the left or right in my peripheral vision before it leaves either side mirror.

Lately when I adjust the driver side mirror fully outward, it then starts to rotate downward, compromising the view I want. I would like to slightly adjust the glass further up and out manually at the end of the power travel if this is possible.

I did a fairly extensive search before posting, but may have missed a previous answer if one is available.

Thoughts, anyone?

When I had a new stereo put in mine the shop also said they could install the system that new cars have indicating a vehicle in the blind spot mirror.
