I purchased these cars from an estate and I'm trying to find someone that knows any of the history. Both cars have spent their entire lives in Texas. On a 2013 title the VMG had 29 miles (not thousand). The person I bought them from suspects that the MSG may have been an engine donor for the VMG. I haven't run the Carfax yet, hopefully it will reveal some history. Knowing the backgrounds will help me decide what to do with the cars.

Why would a car with only 29 miles need an engine? I take it that the MSG is sans engine?

Correct, no engine in the MSG. The guy said there was another 3.9 on the ground where he picked up the cars. The date on the title is 9 years ago. You can blow a motor in a matter of minutes.
