Nebraska needs to learn a lesson from SC.
$40,000 car is 9% or more.

I think it is the strong Car manufacturing companies, Mercedes Benz, BMW, and now Volvo, plus their Dealer lobbyists that keep this giant loophole. Sadly it is a very regressive tax that works for the middle class and above but hurts the rest of the folks. They pay the full $500 on a used car for a little less than $10,000. but it is a gift to the Ferrari and Porsche buyers.

I am trying to get my 3rd Military Navy plate.

My Thunderbird has VA 55 and the Explorer has VA195, both were my Attack Squadrons.
I tried to go for CVA14 and CVA31, both were my aircraft carriers, no luck.

I tried ME262 and it worked.
It is ordered for the VW Passat but I am thinking making a switch and it needs to go on the Tbird.

P.S.1 Nebraska specialty plates have 5 symbols/letters even if one of them is a space.
P.S.2 I visited the Willy Messerschmitt museum and saw one of the 5 USA made reproduction ME262's.
Jet engines were general Electric J-85.
Speed max was set to 565 MPH for safety reasons.

You can get one of these baseball caps when you visit the Willy Messerschmitt Museum at the Manching Air Base (by Ingolstadt Germany).
It is within walking distance where I used to live for a while, after the war.

At times they were only open one Friday each month.
It is a high security base. There were US and German pilots flying planes there.

today i was at a job Interviue att Bosch
they said that the one that Will be hierd will also work in Germany some times. They are looking for a electric bike tester here in Sweden (software and hardwares tester)that knows how to test and repair e-bikes

The 2015 Passat Diesel has the Jet Attack Squadron VA 55 license plate, in honor of my Bohemian squadron commander, Navy Captain Hank Urban (short for Urbanek).
Interned at Arlington National Cemetery

The 2002 Tbird ME262 plate is to commemorate Major Walter Nowotny, squadron commander (258 victories) of the worlds first Jet Fighter Squadron 007.
Interned at the Vienna Central cemetery.

Both squadron commanders had ancestry as Czech Bohemian/Austrian.

SAQ Grimeton Radio Station is kaput.

Can you go fix it for them?
It may be hard to get parts for a 99 year old radio transmitter that is just a giant Thunderbird Alternator.

Nice plates, guys! Mine is generic, I figure that the Thunderbird emblem on the trunk lid will have to send the message!

Fredrik, my favorite is the P51, I always liked the lines -and the sound, there used to be a guy here who owned one and would fly it periodically around the area.

I have had the same license plate in 2 different states, 1st in Oklahoma and now in Arkansas.

The plate number comes for the fact that I was 15 when the 55's came out and I could not buy one, so the 2002 made me 15again.
