Koolatron P20

Has anyone tried fitting a Koolatron P20 on the shelf behind the seats as a travel cooler? Does it fit? Does it work? Does the cord reach to the 12V power outlet?

I haven't tried it. I just use a 4 quart Igloo cooler with ice for my car travels. It basically holds a six pack. I fill it with ice at home or at the hotel if we're on the road.

It appears it will fit. It's 17.25" wide, 8.75 deep, and 16" tall.
Even with the curvature of the rear speaker panels, there is sufficient
depth toward the middle of the rear shelf.

But you know the old adage -- don't drink and drive. You could spill your drink!

The Koolatron appears to be roughly the same size as the old Rubbermaid 1801 Slim cooler that people in the past reported success with. I'm thinking I'll try it out. I'll report back once I've done so.

The cooler fits fine, even with the passenger seat all the way back. Cord reaches with no problem.
