        Wasn’t Huggy Bear a character on Starsky and Hutch? I don’t remember him on Vegas.

          Ted, you are correct. After checking, the character's name was Rosie and played by another great character actor, Scatman Crothers. Hard to remember something from over 40 years ago. At least it is for me.
