From the postts on Bart's facebook page, it is open to all thunderbirds , all clubs , sort of a "calling all thunderbirds" event.
But not all the details have been posted , yet.
Booked rooms , can always cancel.

I just booked a room from Wednesday (day of opening activities) to checkout on Sunday (day after closing banquet). As with most events the special rates are in effect a day before and after. If something is added, I'll adjust the reservation accordingly.

We have until 3 days before to cancel, so better to have them, than be wishing we did.
