2005 Convertible Top issue

My convertible Top for my 2005 Bird (Anniv model) is not going down… motor just grinds but nothing happens. Have had the car since 2008; mileage low 40’s. Only used seasonally in FL ! Has anyone had a problem with top… haven’t had it checked out yet! Appreciate your feedback…TU.

Does it move at all? If zero movement probably pump or loss of fluid. I sell complete pump, lines and pistons for 350. Takes about an hour to install. (I've removed them in 10 minutes)
