I'm guessing the owner has more than $31k invested with custom paint (bummer ding on the lower front bumper cover), upholstery, grille, suspension, wheels and tires, Borla, no porthole hard top, etc.

The custom work seems to have been done with 2003 currency, so it might not have been too, too expensive. However, someone purchased a 20 year old custom works.
Noted too that by removing the side marker lights, the vehicle is probably not street legal is most states.
