2002 T-Bird - I replaced my Heater Control Water Valve and now Overheating?

I replaced my Heater Control Water Valve on my 2002 T-Bird and now when I put the A/C on, it overheats. I know it's a longshot, but has anyone had this happen before by chance?

Are you sure that there’s no air in the system?

Anytime you have the cooling system open, you must bleed or burp it to get all the air out. The instructions are in the service manual or look in our archives, as it has been dicussed many times on this board. Search in the tech section.
