I have a son and two grandchildren in Hoboken.......and another son who just moved to NC.....and I haven't even seen his place yet. How soon.....and what color? hehe. Not sure I'd want to drive all that way with a blue top on my red bird lol.
Thanks, Barb. If Gene will help me out on his end maybe we can work something out: It is a torch red top so you will remain the Vogue fashionista you are profiling down the highway. Where in NC is your son?
Pick-Up - Art to Gene Art will pick up from the seller and meet Gene Gene - ? to ? > Gene will head south to a reasonable distance location to be determined and switch out ***- ? to ? > Need someone in the Trenton, Philadelphia, Wilmington, DE corridor to MD ? to Larry> ? to DC Phil - DC to Richmond Joe - Richmond to Raleigh
OR
If someone would pick it up and would store it until Barbara heads south. Then Barbara could transfer it to her car and when she heads south I will meet her and switch out as she passes by Raleigh. Barbara, as for liability if your car is stolen or heaven forbid something worse you were just driving your car with the top on it. Barbara if you are not comfortable with this I certainly understand: No Problem or hard feelings.
This can certainly be done in stages. As you folks are assist me and generous enough to help me, I get it when I can reasonably get it.
I can head north into PA or DE and then get it down to northern VA.
I might have to cover it in blue painters tape or something... can't imagine what it's going to look like having a torch red top on a thunderbird blue.... yuk.
Do you know the difference between education and experience?
Education is when you read the fine print; experience is what you get when you don't.

CARTOY wore a Thunderbird Blue hat from Madison, MS to Dallas, TX
I thought it looked REALLY bad, but at a drive-thru in Vicksburg, the ladies thought it was very sharp!!! Can't imagine how they dress, or thier home decor....
