Does anyone know where I might find a stock 2005 Audiophile AM/FM, 6-CD, SAT radio that came with the Bird or how to contact the radio manufacutrer?

Judge - If you are thinking of installing an '05 radio in an '03 I do not beleive it will work. I beleive the wiring harnesses are different between the '02-'03 and the '04-'05.

Actually yes, that is what I was hoping to do. My wife wants Sirius Satellite radio and I want to maintain the originality of the vehicle. I wonder if there is a simple fix without a complete harness change.

i will check with the parts manager at team ford here in las vegas to find out if this can be done without great cost.

Judge, I talked to Pat Kelly at team ford today, he talked to the audio man in the service department, he did'nt think there was any difference in the hook up. the sirius should override the am/fm when turned on. hope this helps

Several years ago when I found out that the radios in the 2004-2005 Birds had SAT, I asked my service manager to order me one. He called me back and told me that the harnesses were different, and that it wouldn't work. I ended up buying an XM receiver and use it through the FM radio. I would have rather had the 2004-2005 radio, but what I have works fine.

judge, maybe, right now i'm on the road but i'll keep in touch, hopefully other opinions might come in about this. i would sell the unit i have, but would hate to have you buy it and not be able to use it. i do believe what team ford told me but would like some others to chime in PLEASE

Thank you for your assistance, I spoke with Ford today and they verfied that the 2004-2005 SAT radio will not work with earlier model T-Birds so I am left with an after market unit.
